Bend Veterinary Clinic Update on Covid-19

Governor Brown issued Executive Order No 20-10 prohibiting elective and non-urgent veterinary procedures to preserve the supply of personal protective equipment (PPE). Any veterinary procedures that do NOT require use of PPEs are not subject to this executive order.

We will therefore continue to be open during our newly extended hours and offer curbside service for drop-offs and pick-ups to minimize human to human contact for the safety of our clients and staff.

When you arrive for your appointment, park and call our office number, 541-382-0741, to check in.

A technician will come to the vehicle to escort your pet to the exam room. We will take your pets history/concerns at your vehicle. Once examined by our doctors, our health care team will communicate with you and answer any questions you may have. Payments can be made with a credit card that will be disinfected when it’s returned, or we can process your payment over the phone.

If you need to refill a prescription, or need retail items like pet food, please call us in advance or order them on our app, Pets of Bend or sign up here on the website through VetSOurce for home delivery. For in-clinic pick-ups, we will call you when your order is ready and take payment over the phone. Once you arrive at the clinic, please call and someone will deliver your items to your car. If you have any questions on how to sign up for this home delivery, please call and we will happily help you.

In an effort to reduce potential congestions and protect our health care team we are now open until 7 pm on the weekdays.

Again, we are dedicated to providing you and your pets the very best in care and will continue to fulfill that promise to you regardless of external events. While we cannot be certain of how long this virus will cause disruption, we are certain that we will get through this together, as a community.

From all of us at Bend Veterinary Clinic – Thank you!! #HealthyAdventuresAwait
